I have excellent credit and no debt. My house is paid, no debt, and I have no debt. I have a loan in the past, but I’ve already paid them. Therefore I do not have a credit score. I want to own funds in entering my house and took a second mortgage on my house, but the bank says I lack a credit score. Does anyone have any idea on how I can get a competitive rate with no score?

We have $ 25,000 for the first time we will use as down payment new home. Currently paying a mortgage on a house is a duplex we live in half. We just did not go home we put in a bid, but would like to buy a new single to live about one year. One of my student loans is approximately $ 33,000 with interest at 6.5%, our current home is $ 140,000 with an interest rate of 6.5%, but I’ve heard that we are the costs of closing, appraisal, etc. payable to refinance. We also have enough money to build up down payment for a new home within one year. Should we still home to refinance, pay off a student loan or save money in the bank collecting interest for the house next year?

I’m looking for interest that better than 5,875 in 30 years. That would help a lot, since we are on an income that I lost my job, but my husband is a secure job, and I can not get unemployment. The only thing we needed expenditures, and therefore does not decrease. Once a month, mortgage 1665, and he brings home 2000. Looking for a job, but I could not find one, even with the temp agency to help. Since I have small children, find the mother load with a clock.

my credit score is very low, but my manufactured house, which has been totally redecorated and redone, is due for a refinance because I had a 2/28 loan. What can I do?

My house value is far below than the price I paid 3yrs back. After 2 yrs of the purchase it has now adjustable interest rate and mortgage payments increase every 6 months. Lenders decline to refi due to below market value of my house.Advise what can I do in this case? What are best ways to refinance my home even though the current market value of my house is far below purchase?

Husband applied for one but was denied for a reason of a ‘high debt ratio’. Well, that is true cuz we just bought a house!! He doesn’t have a lot of credit card debt(about1k) and has good credit score(720). Debts has gotten high ONLY because of our new mortgage loan. Is now NOT a good time to refinance your car?

If you are up and current on your 1st mortgage and your 1st mortgage is 75% of your homes value, can a second mortgage with only %25 of value foreclose on you and obtain the property?
I know they can lien against the home, but not quite sure on the actual obtaining the property.

So that your second payment will be based on a 30 year fixed rate rather than a refi. Will it be a smart thing to do. When you sell out you can pay the second mortgage with the first and still walk with remainder of equity. Is this legal and does it make since.

This is the situation: I got married in 2006 to a dairy farmer who worked for his family. Well they talked him into buying a small house from a business “friend” of the family. After a year of hard times with our toddlers health we had to move to the Houston, Tx area from our small northeast Tx town. We have had the house on the market since May and have had one showing that was a waste of time and a showing just for local agents. We did end up getting a buyer who ended up backing out for a baloney of an excuse. Now we are in the process of refinancing the payments to lower them, but even with the new payments my hubby still won’t be making enough money to pay the house payment, car payment, car ins., house ins., etc….! I can’t work due to my son’s special health care needs so we only have the one income. I think we may have to foreclose in a few months if something doesn’t happen soon as far as selling the house. Is there anything else we can do? PLEASE HELP US!
The current mortgage is with a small local bank for agriculture loans so they can’t help. My inlaws won’t help since they lost their “cheap employee…” ie. their son. My parents have let us move into their house for free. We have no money to improve this house anymore then we have. This house is in perfect condition to sell, nothing wrong with it. We are listed as motivated sellers with our house being up for sell. We cant get another car, thats stupid to suggest, you can’t just trade in a new car for a cheaper one, dealerships don’t do that! Countrywide is our refinancer and we cant get payments any cheaper then they are going.
