Refinancing Master

I have an auto loan just over 12,000 and left because I wanted to pay but have bad credit … there are companies that will refinace even if you have bad credit?
My current rate is 12.75 %….. will go up very high when I refinance?

I have to refinance our home. We are now almost two months behind on our mortgage. We stop foreclosure in October, but headed back there unless we find a way to refinance. If we stop foreclosure in October, we thought it was paying for the payment of November too, but not as we were one month behind the bat again soon. We have our first and second mortgage to consolidate.

We also have an adjustable rate mortgage that was killing our finances. We filed bankruptcy almost seven years ago. This is my dream house and not going to leave him until I went into the box in the ground. If anyone knows anything that could help me would be very grateful.

How many years must pass until the Credit Card company can no longer attempt to collect a debt? I think I heard Suzie Ormand say 7 years, but not sure.

I have an 08 Lancer Evolution, but was recently laid off. I am now stuck with a 517.00 payment along with 75.00 for insurance. I can’t sell the car because I owe 28,4 on it and mitsubishi still has 0% so I will lose a lot if I sell the car. I have 0% myself, but have only made 5 payments on the car. I would be willing to pay some interest if I could go up to 72 or even 84 months. Does anyone know which company has the lowest refinance rates right now? and if so, what are they?
N… the car wouldn’t go in my name.. so the credit is good. I owe 28,4 and the value according to KBB is 29,7.

Will mortgage refinancing company require my ckecking account statement?  simple question.

not open a new heloc for me because rolling the heloc into the mortgage brings me to 77%. once the refinancing is done, is there anything stopping me from going to another bank to open up a home equity line of credit with them to access the other 23%. i have no plans of using it but i like the idea that i have access to it.

I am trying to refinance a second home that is an investment property. I do not intend to keep it for many more years and so 40 year refinancing made sense to me

and have to use your personal checking account as your proof of income? I need to refi to get it out of my ex husbands name and also because my two year fixed is about to become unfixed : ( I would love to be able to get a lower interest rate but am afraid with being divorced and self employed that it will be high? How do I find the cheapest company that will accept all my issues?

I do work! I am a housekeeper and have kept up my mortgage payment, car payment ect for a year now without my ex even paying court ordered child support. I work and pay my bills without being on welfare. I am not looking at repo! I just need to refi. Arrrg! Sorry to get bent over one comment but that just burned.

In 1993 I had a opened up an account with a bank for a credit card. The bank is now out of business. For over 3 years I never recieved any statements for this card. I conatcted the bank so many times about this problem. Never to get the problem solved.

It was placed into 2 different collection agencies 5 years ago. I took it to my attorney, he tried to come up with an agreement to make payment arrangements with the bank. They never could agree on any certain payment arrangements then. I did get a letter from the bank saying that the account was closed and that I owed nothing. My attorney said to let it be and not worry.

For the past 4 weeks, I have been calls from a company that is reluctant to give me the name of the company or the name of the persons who call me. All I get is demands to pay on this bill. The people who call are not English speaking and have heavy accents.

I need to know if I will have to pay on this debt seeing it is so old. Serious answers please.

hi i recently refinanced both my first and second into a new loan both with countrywide homeloans. I just recived a new payment notice for the new one, then i got a bill for the my old 1st i just ignored it untill i got a call reminding me to pay my mortgage “old first”. i looked on line at my accounts the 2nd showed pd and full but the first was still open. I called the customer service line and they said that dont worry about it, it is all being processed. Last night i looked on line too summit a payment for my new payment and i noticed it showed paid in full, i clicked on the history it showed it was pd but the escrow account was like -9k. I called them today again and they told me dont worry about it as it was part of the closing agreement. they told me both of my accounts are satisfied.
any concerns with this?

I have a credit card company coming after my wife for a credit card debt from 2000. This is coming totally out of the blue. We had paid off all of her credit card debt back in 2002 before we got married. We got rid of all proof of payments that we made on her debt because it was now 6 years later! I have a feeling that we paid this off, but I have no proof. Can they still come after her 8 years later??

I refinanced my home this year. Part of the closing costs included my bill for county taxes. A month later I received the tax bill. When I contacted the county about it, they said the mortgage company had yet to pay the bill. Will the mortgage company eventually pay the bill? (Possibly at the last possible moment before penalty). Or do they expect me to forward the bill to them? I don’t escrow my taxes and I usually pay early to receive a discount.
